These terms apply to all purchases made on residencecraft.com, operated by ResidenceCraft from Montréal, Québec, Canada. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply a currency conversion. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We do our best to describe products accurately; minor differences in color or appearance can occur. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before shipping if an error affects your order.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is accepted. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product becomes unavailable.
Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Products ship directly from our suppliers, some of whom are located outside North America. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or customs.

Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranties provided by applicable consumer protection laws, including Québec’s Consumer Protection Act where it applies. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.
